Join Our
Founding Crew.

We are currently connecting with FAA Part 107-certified operators interested in potential field opportunities for our planned 2027 launch.

Planned Season 1 operator starting compensation Approximately $25/hour

Highly qualified commercial UAS professionals may be considered for lead-level positions with increased compensation based on relevant experience and qualifications.

Who we're looking for

Founding Operator Qualifications

FAA Part 107

Part 107 certification will be required before performing pilot duties. Already certified candidates are especially encouraged to introduce themselves during pre-launch recruiting.

Safety & Reliability

We are looking for dependable people who take procedures, equipment care, site safety, communication, attendance and job completion seriously.

Field-Team Mindset

Operators must be prepared to work as part of a coordinated commercial field crew and perform role-appropriate outdoor field duties at customer sites.

Professionalism

Commercial customers should be able to trust our team on their property. Professional conduct, good judgment and clear communication will matter.

Final job descriptions, physical requirements, schedules, travel expectations and employment terms will be established before formal hiring.

Training beyond the license

We Plan to Train Extensively.

Part 107 is the starting point, not the entire training program. Our launch plan includes extensive equipment-specific training, hands-on commercial cleaning-drone instruction, ground-operations and safety training, company SOPs, site procedures and coordinated crew operations before independent field deployment.

Current equipment and training direction

Our current plan centers on the Sherpa commercial cleaning-drone platform and available manufacturer training resources. We have not represented this as a partnership or endorsement; final equipment and training arrangements are part of our ongoing pre-launch development.

Experienced professionals

Already Know Commercial UAS? Talk to Us.

We are particularly interested in experienced professionals with relevant commercial UAS, cleaning-drone, tethered-drone, solar, exterior-cleaning, field-operations, equipment-maintenance or crew-lead experience.

Compensation for highly qualified candidates will not be limited to the standard Season 1 operator starting rate. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a Lead Drone Operations Technician or similar lead role with increased compensation and responsibility based on experience and qualifications.

A lead-level team member could help establish field procedures, support and mentor the founding crew, oversee equipment readiness and help maintain the safety and professional standards we are building around the company.

Season 1 → Season 2

Built With a Growth Path.

Season 1

Our current plan targets approximately $25/hour starting compensation for founding drone operators, alongside substantial training and commercial field experience.

Earn the Return

Safety, reliability, professionalism, equipment care, performance and successful job completion will help determine who is invited to return as part of the core Season 2 team.

Season 2 Advancement

Our current goal is to create Lead Drone Operations Technician opportunities targeted around $35/hour for qualified returning high performers, with greater responsibility and opportunities to help train new team members.

Retention & Rewards

We intend to develop competitive performance and retention compensation for selected returning team members, potentially including a winter retention arrangement tied to eligibility and commitment to return for the following season.

Compensation figures and advancement plans shown here are current pre-launch targets, not guarantees or offers of employment. Final compensation, benefits, retention arrangements and employment terms will depend on role, qualifications, business conditions and written employment agreements.
